I have been obsessed with pancakes for as long as I can remember. I could literally have them for breakfast every day for the rest of my life but I’m sure my trainer isn’t going to be very happy with that idea. Since they’re not really fitness-friendly I found this recipe for healthy pancakes online and I couldn’t be HAPPIER. It is super easy to make and tasty as hell.
Ingredients
- ½ cup of unsweetened almond milk (any milk is alright in case you don’t have almond milk)
- 2 eggs
- 1 Banana
- 2 tablespoons of Maple syrup
- 1 ½ cup of rolled oats (you can use normal oats as well)
- 2 teaspoons of Baking Powder
- ¼ – ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla if you want (HIGHLY RECCOMEND IT)
Instructions
- Pour almond milk, eggs, bananas, maple syrup, vanilla, oats, baking powder, and salt into a blender.
- Blend until its smooth and creamy like a batter.
- Warm the skillet and spray some coconut oil on it so that it’s easier to flip the pancakes.
- Pour the batter in round circles.
- Cook for 2-3 mins on each side.
- Add your favorite toppings!
