Lately, all the influencers and spiritual gurus have been gushing over manifestation, but what does it really mean to Manifest something? Manifestation just like the law of attraction believes that your thoughts and your energy can turn into reality.
Manifesting is courting the experience of what it is you want to feel and then living and believing in the experience so that you can allow it to come to form.
You can practice manifesting to attract whatever you want. A job, a relationship, good health, more money, just about anything.
Manifesting is the process of vibrating at a high frequency so that you become a vibrational match with the Universe and can co-create your world. I know I know this sounds almost too spiritual to be true so think about how this way when you really want something your conscious and subconscious work together towards helping you turn your dreams into reality. Each thought and each action is bringing you closer to that reality.

Here are 5 steps to help you get a jump start to Manifesting:
STEP 1: KNOW WHAT YOU WANT
If you don’t exactly know what you want, how are you going to work towards it? You need to get it right to the detail about what it is that you want, to know exactly what you need to do to get there. Some questions you can ask yourself are:
Do I really want this?
Is it going to bring me positive energy?
How will it benefit my life?
Am I hurting anyone in the process?
STEP 2: VISUALISE IT
Picture it happening and all the good it is going to do to you. Create a vision board if you have to, write it down or talk to people who have a similar mindset. Try to engage all of your senses to get the best results; see, hear, touch, smell….make it as real as possible.
STEP 3: WORK TOWARD YOUR GOALS
Even if its what we all want Manifestation doesn’t work like magic and you will have to put in some effort and dedication. Start taking action and keep taking all the actions until you reach your goal.
STEP 4: GET RID OF THINGS THAT STAND IN YOUR WAY
No journey to success is easy and there are likely to be obstacles on the way but don’t let them stop you. After all what doesn’t bring you down, only makes you stronger. Push away any negative feelings/thoughts, toxic people, and wrong timing out your window. Its time to live your dream.
STEP 5: TRUST THE PROCESS
If you’re new to this process you’re probably going to doubt if it’s ever going to work but TRUST THE PROCESS, its the only way you’ll achieve what you want. You need to believe that this will help you. Any form of questioning will only bring negative energy and delay the whole process.
