There is a sweet innocence in feeling all the emotions that we do. Instead of singling out any one emotion, and hating it, I believe that we should embrace all of them wholeheartedly as they come.
We’re all entitled to the grief we feel but it can consume a person whole at times. Which is why, the Ying Yang sign gives me hope. The sign shows me the balance between the two strongest, extreme and opposite emotions we feel: Happiness and Sadness. This sign suggests that wherever there’s happiness there’s always a little sadness and, in this sadness,, there’s always a little happiness. So naturally, no one can be happy all the time. There are going to be moments when you feel really low and sad. You are going to go through so much trauma and drama in life and it is going to get to you. But, it’s alright. It’s important to feel grief, regret, and sorrow, even if it doesn’t feel right at the moment for it will definitely help you get the negativity out of your system.
I highly dislike how people interpret crying as a weak and nullifying experience. If people didn’t cry they’d just bottle up everything inside of them and feel so frustrated all the time and there is definitely no need for more grumpy people on this planet. All our respective bosses are proof of that.
A lot of people might call me a cry baby but honestly, I don’t care. If crying just makes me feel better and helps me reach the positive attitude that I know I have to make a whole blog about positivity and welfare I really don’t see what I’m losing here. Except for fake friends which is only a bonus.
So you do you. Don’t let someone else have the power to tell you how you’re supposed to feel. You simply feel the way you do and you will raise heavens once you’re on the other side. So just let it all out.
Very well said Rajvi
With tears flows with this sad part of emotions which are supplying oxygen and nutrients to the eyes
There are no blood vessels on the surface of the eye, so oxygen and nutrients are transported to the surface cells by tears and foreign bodies that enter the eye are washed out by tears. Moreover, tears contain a substance called lysozyme, which has an antibacterial action, and works to prevent invasion and infection by microbes.
Tears also contain components that heal damage to the surface of the eye.
